Everything that had to be done or was asked for was attended to immediatley. Care, attention and kindness of all staff was amazing. I was made to feel well cared for and very comfortable. My fear of hospital has been removed.

Staff were all very attentive. " all very pleasant My app time was 12.30 was sat in waiting room till 1-30, could this maybe be reduced?
